W. D. GANN NATAL BREAKOUT METHOD
Similar to Gann's polarity lines, natal breakouts establish a specific breakout/breakdown price for each day. Decoding Gann's use of the natal is a challenge. Once unlocked, this method opens the door to extremely efficient trading, because it is based on the natural vibration frequency of each stock or market.
Reading this, you may be tempted to mistake this method for conventional natal astrology due to its name. Natal break outs encompass much more, and are much less spooky.
Natal breakouts are simple, like Gann's polarity lines. Each day a natal breakout/down price is generated, along with a stop, target, and money management. Some days lack a trade signal and keep you out of the market. W. D. Gann would trade market leaders, such as US Steel, with these natal breakouts.
To the left are our stats on AAPL stock intraday for 2020 so far. This breakout method is most noted for its lack of drawdown on a monthly basis. Rarely is there any monthly drawdown. Note the small loss in March- the most volatile month in AAPL's history. Testing is done taking .15 off all entries and 10% from profit for slippage after that.
AAPL finds its intraday "sweetspot" in the natal breakouts. This means that AAPL tests more profitably and experiences less drawdowns and breakevens using this method over other Gann techniques.
Could a consistent intraday technique with a low drawdown like natal breakouts add confidence and stability to your trading plan? Call or email us for more specific stats.
Natal breakouts find a sort of sweet-spot when used on stocks like AAPL, JPM, and a few other active markets because they are based on the natal frequencies that these markets vibrate to. W. D. Gann's Law of Vibration allows the trader to plot the exact breakout/down price, stop, and target each day with a specific formula. Natal breakouts and the corresponding formula are taught in our "W. D. GANN: MASTER THE MARKETS" Course.
